People talk about uniqueness as if it is the only thing that matters. They frown upon people who copy ideas. The fact is, you can be more successful if you copy ideas and have better execution. I think that's what Zappos do. What's so new with shoes? But we truly have to admire their effort to get out, try things and make existing ideas work for them. John, I’m glad you enjoy this post.
